Project Summary
Severely fire damaged Grade II Listed Manor
The timber floors and roof were substantially destroyed and JPP were asked to carry out an assessment of the structural stability of the remaining building, implement temporary works to stabilise and protect the remaining structure, design new replacement structural elements and, where possible, retain original in agreement with the conservation officer. JPP produced drawings showing required repair works together with specifications. We managed the repair contract and inspected works throughout.
