Our team in Poole provided infrastructure design and detailing for this exciting development of forty-five dwellings comprising a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached houses and bungalows, working alongside Williams Lester Architects.
Our design service encompassed the setting out for all buildings and external paved areas, road layout and construction details, including the Section 38 agreement adoption plans, permeable paving details and street lighting plans. Our team were also responsible for the main foul and surface water drainage design, encompassing the Section 104 agreement for sewers for adoption, and the private drainage for each plot.
