Grosvenor Gardens is a 125,000sq ft Grade II listed building in the heart of Belgravia, London. The proposals include the redevelopment of the existing building to create 42 residential apartments and a two-storey basement.

The 42 residential units will be on the first to seventh floors, with reconfiguration at ground floor level to provide mixed retail use and creation of two-storey basement for swimming pool and wellness facilities, residential storage, plant and car and cycle parking.

JPP were appointed to prepare and coordinate the below ground drainage design on behalf of London Structures Lab.
