A commercial vehicle crashed into the front corner of a town centre Grade II Listed property. The street is a busy through route within the town centre and required closure until the vehicle had been safely removed and temporary support installed at the direction of JPP Consulting. This required liaison with the Police and vehicle recovery company, in addition to arranging a Building Contractor to install temporary supports and security to the property.

JPP Consulting’s involvement extended to producing detailed repair specifications, obtaining competitive quotations and administering the contract to completion, which included liaising with the Listed Buildings Officer and Insurance Company Loss Adjuster.
