Insurance Services

We provide a rapid and comprehensive service to the Insurance Industry and property owners that covers all property damage including subsidence, impact, fire, flood and the environmental impact of oil spillages. Our services range from the initial damage assessment through the preparation of a remedial scheme, on to the project management of the contract, until the completion of the works.

Party Wall Surveyor

Since the Party Wall etc Act 1996, became Statute in 1997, we have regularly acted for a variety of clients as Party Wall Surveyors. If you are proposing to undertake building works within up to 6 m of your neighbour, the Act may apply. We will be pleased to advise if the Act applies to a particular situation and of course if it does, act on your behalf.

Principal Designer

Using our extensive experience in the construction industry our Principal Designers are able to offer insight and sound knowledge across all design principles, improving the health and safety development of the project. We are able to plan, manage and co-ordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase, help and advise the client throughout the construction process and work with multi-disciplined design teams ensuring all parties are involved in the pre-construction design phase.

Contract Administration

We are able to provide Contract Administration Services for all stages of the construction process, ranging from planning, design, procurement, through to construction and ultimately completion. Our fully trained, experienced staff are able to reduce the burden of contract administration responsibilities and risk, providing a single point of contact for the whole team.
