Privacy Policy
This is the Privacy Policy for the JPP Group of Companies, including Flowerpot Holdings Ltd, JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Geotechnical and Environmental Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd, WE Architecture Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘the JPP Group’).
The Data Controller for this website is JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd and JPP Geotechnical & Environmental Ltd.
The purpose of this statement is to inform users of the site about what personal information (“Data”) is collected and stored when they visit the site and how this information is used, if it is disclosed, how long it is retained, a user’s rights and the ways in which we protect the user’s privacy.

Modern Slavery Policy
This is the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy for the JPP Group of Companies, including Flowerpot Holdings Ltd, JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Geotechnical and Environmental Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd, WE Architecture Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘the JPP Group’).
Although the JPP Group does not currently fall within the scope of Section 54 (2) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the JPP Group recognises that it has a moral responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking.
This statement sets out the JPP Group’s actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and/or its supply chains. This statement relates to actions and activities during the JPP Group’s financial year 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025.
The JPP Group is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

The JPP Group’s Whistleblowing Policy is designed to make it easy for workers to make disclosures, without fear of retaliation.
