We have established policies and procedures to ensure fairness, consistency, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.  These policies help us to manage risks, improve employee and client experience, and support the overall success of our business. 

Our Privacy and Modern Slavery policies are below. 

Privacy Policy

This is the Privacy Policy for the JPP Group of Companies, including Flowerpot Holdings Ltd, JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Geotechnical and Environmental Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd, WE Architecture Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘the JPP Group’).

The Data Controller for this website is JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd and JPP Geotechnical & Environmental Ltd.

The purpose of this statement is to inform users of the site about what personal information (“Data”) is collected and stored when they visit the site and how this information is used, if it is disclosed, how long it is retained, a user’s rights and the ways in which we protect the user’s privacy.

Any Data collected will be held securely and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 (“GDPR”) as is necessary for the performance of a contract, i.e. build a web site or in order to comply with a legal obligation.

New and existing customers may receive marketing information from us relating only to our products, services and promotions for the purposes of our legitimate business interests. However, those customers wishing to opt out of such communications will be given an opportunity to do so on each occasion that such a contact is made.

Data will not normally be disclosed to third parties. However, we may need to disclose Data to a third party so that they can provide a service or fulfil a request for information. Any personal information that we pass to a third party will be held securely by that party in accordance with GDPR and used only to provide the services or information requested.

Users have the following rights relating to the lawful processing of their Data:

  • A copy of any Data currently held
  • Withdrawal of Consent to Process Specific Data when consent has been required
  • Right to have an error in the Data corrected
  • Right to have the Data erased subject to certain conditions
  • Right to object to the processing of Data in particular circumstances
  • Right not to be evaluated on the basis of automated processing

JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd and JPP Geotechnical & Environmental Ltd must comply with your request, if able to do so, within 1 month of the request being received. The information will be supplied free of charge unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive.

You also have the right to take any grievance relating to Data Protection to the Information Commissioners Office.

Modern Slavery Policy

This is the Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy for the JPP Group of Companies, including Flowerpot Holdings Ltd, JPP Consulting Ltd, JPP Geotechnical and Environmental Ltd, JPP Surveying Ltd, WE Architecture Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘the JPP Group’).

 Although the JPP Group does not currently fall within the scope of Section 54 (2) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the JPP Group recognises that it has a moral responsibility to take a robust approach to slavery and human trafficking.

This statement sets out the JPP Group’s actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and/or its supply chains. This statement relates to actions and activities during the JPP Group’s financial year 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025.

The JPP Group is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring that its supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.

The JPP Group currently has no activities considered to be at high risk of slavery or human trafficking.

The JPP Group undertakes due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers and will regularly review its existing suppliers.

The JPP Group encourages all its workers, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the JPP Group. This includes any circumstances that may give rise to an enhanced risk of slavery or human trafficking. The JPP Group’s Whistleblowing Policy is designed to make it easy for workers to make disclosures, without fear of retaliation. Employees, customers or others who have concerns should contact any of the Company Directors.
