I am currently working on building my knowledge and experience through working on small to medium sized schemes which would help contribute towards attaining attributes in achieving Chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers.
My line manager has supported and aided my professional and personal development by assigning me opportunities to challenge myself and enhance my skills and abilities. My colleagues and other senior management have also helped in my development through teamwork, support and problem solving.
