In addition, we aim to work closely with our clients to understand the scope and nature of the proposed development to ensure the scope of site investigation works meets their development and design needs.

We also aim to support our clients throughout the construction phase of development, assisting where required in overseeing foundation excavations and bearing capacity checks. JPP undertake and provide reports for warranty providers detailing the compliance of foundation excavations and installation of heave protection measures where required.
